Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to join the North American Retail Business team. The role focuses on local operation and management of RoboShop vending machines and delivering strong performance through product restocking, cleanliness, and friendly customer service.

You will also assist with warehouse tasks, contract filing, and support store sales in the NYC area if needed. A high school diploma or GED and retail or related experience are valued, with the ability

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months retail experience.
Strong communication and people skills.
Attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Driver's license or access to a vehicle is a plus.
Transportation is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Manage Robo Shop operations, restock products, maintain cleanliness, and address customer issues to meet performance targets.
Assist warehouse and inventory management, including incoming and outgoing goods, allocation and stock control.
Support the development manager with Robo Shop leasing paperwork and related contracts.
Provide support for store sales in the NYC area when needed.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
