Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to join our North American Retail team. The role oversees RoboShop operation, stock replenishment, sanitation, and customer service, ensuring RoboShop performance targets are met.

You will also support warehouse tasks, inventory, and lease-file management for Robo Shop contracts, and assist store sales around the NYC area when needed. The position requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and the ability to commute as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations and product restocking.
• Assist warehouse and goods management including inventory.
• Support leasing process filings and Robo Shop contracts.
• Assist store sales in NYC area when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
