Job summary

Kuza Scottsdale is seeking a Back-of-House Porter to help maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and flow to support all BOH positions during service. You will ensure workspaces, equipment, and storage areas stay clean, stocked, and ready for operation.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and surfaces, washing dishes, removing waste, assisting with deliveries, and restocking. A current Arizona Food Handlers Card is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Qualifications

• Prior BOH or porter/dish experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost regularly and properly.

• Support BOH team with restocking, breakdown, and deep cleaning tasks.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
