Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking Roaming Property Managers to support our portfolio across Georgia, including Savannah. You will travel daily to sites, assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, and rent collection while ensuring fair housing standards and program compliance.

Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and MS Office is required. You will manage leases and certifications, inspect properties, coordinate with vendors, and stay on call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and fair housing regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites across the region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident concerns, rent collection and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection and notify residents of delinquencies.
• Provide excellent service and resolve resident inquiries and requests promptly.
• Maintain and grow the applicant wait list.
• Manage initial lease process and annual recertifications for affordable housing programs.
• Pass INSPIRE, state and government inspections while maintaining standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments for quick leasing and market aggressively.
• Process move-in/transfer applications and forward to Compliance.
• Conduct inspections and oversee vendor work; daily property walks.
• Organize community activities per management agreement.
