Fairway Management, a JES Holdings division, seeks Roaming Maintenance Techs to support regional properties in the Greater Savannah area. You will perform routine maintenance, rough carpentry, painting, and basic repairs, and travel within the region daily to ensure site readiness.

The role emphasizes curb appeal, OSHA/EPA compliance, and training of maintenance staff. Requires High School diploma, 5 years multifamily/commercial/hotel maintenance, HVAC EPA II, and 1–2 years HVAC troubleshooting

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 5 years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification.
• 1–2 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain curb appeal of properties, buildings and common areas.
• Travel region daily and support regional tasks.
• Lead make ready process with unit turns, including painting and cleaning.
• Prepare for state and investor inspections; ensure OSHA and EPA compliance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC; assist neighboring properties.
• On-call after hours and respond to emergencies.
• Train assigned staff on company systems and safety.
• Report to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Complete quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
