ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Roadway / Utility Superintendent to lead day and night crews on highway, roadway and utility projects across the Triangle area. Ideal for seasoned General Foremen with DOT roadway and utility experience seeking stability and a long project pipeline.

The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil experience at superintendent or senior foreman level, DOT project know-how, and familiarity with grading, drainage, paving sequencing, and traffic-control plans.

Competenze

5+ years of heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility experience at the superintendent or senior foreman level.
DOT roadway or utility project experience, night work a plus.
Able to read plans and specs and keep accurate quantities.

Mansioni

Run day and night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries.
Plan the work and hold the project schedule shift to shift.
Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures inside approved work windows.
Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
Track installed quantities and daily production.
Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and the other shift.
