Job summary

Consor is seeking a roadway design focused Project Manager to lead transportation engineering projects, manage teams, budgets, and client relationships while delivering high-quality plans.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, a civil engineering degree, and at least 9 years of diversified experience, with seven in supervisory roles; you will mentor staff and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 9 years of diversified engineering experience in infrastructure (roadway projects), at least seven in supervisory or management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals on projects with project management responsibilities.
• Manage transportation projects including planning studies and design.
• Organize teams, budgets, scheduling, and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and permitting agencies.
• Oversee reports and mentor junior staff.
