Consor is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead roadway projects from concept through construction. You will oversee a team of engineers and designers for state, city and county projects, ensuring quality design and timely delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8 years in transportation project management, with OpenRoads and MicroStation proficiency. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential, along with a collaborative, fast-paced work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences or related field.
• 8 years of transportation project management experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex roadway/highway projects.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads and MicroStation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage transportation projects across regions.
• Provide client service through quality management and production oversight.
• Prepare scope, schedule and budgets for projects and task orders.
• Develop complex technical solutions for clients.
• Oversee roadway, bridge and traffic engineering design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Assist in business development and proposals with local clients.
