The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license (or reciprocity), with extensive supervisory experience in infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals on projects with project management responsibilities.
• Manage transportation projects including roadway and bridge design and planning studies.
• Organize teams, delegate tasks, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with clients.
