Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. As a Crew Member, you will set up and maintain safe traffic control areas, monitor traffic flow, and work with Crew Leaders to ensure safety and efficiency while serving your community and expanding your skills in the traffic control industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• MVR review will be used to verify driving record.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6 AM).
• Able to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles (6+ in).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
