Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Roadway Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead the design and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. You will oversee roadway design teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure quality and schedules across local and larger-scale projects.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of roadway design experience, and strong leadership in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with roadway design.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio.
• Mentor roadway engineers and designers; ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Serve as primary client and project stakeholder contact; manage budgets and timelines.
