Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for our Raleigh, NC office. You will lead roadway design projects from concept through construction, mentor staff, and build client relationships while managing budgets, schedules, and resources.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, 10–15 years of roadway experience, and NC PE licensure with NCDOT experience. Proficiency in MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, and AutoTURN is required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of roadway design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in NC.
• NCDOT experience preferred.
• Experience with MicroStation/Open Roads Designer and AutoTURN.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate marketing, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Mentor staff and guide junior professionals and CAD technicians.
