• Coordinates with disciplines and subconsultants to define scope and fee.
• Develops project plans and quality management plan.
• Creates and maintains project schedules.
• Manages subconsultants and project staff.
• Prepares progress reports and reviews invoices.
• Leads client communications and project presentations.
