Job summary

AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. is seeking a Roadway Project Manager in our Raleigh, NC office. You will lead roadway design projects from concept through construction, mentor staff, build client relationships, and oversee budgets and schedules to deliver transportation solutions that support growth.

A PE in NC and 10–15 years in roadway design are required. Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and AutoTURN is expected, along with strong written and spoken communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 10–15 years of roadway design experience.
• P.E. license in NC required.
• NCDOT experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects from concept through construction.
• Market, negotiate contracts, manage budgets and schedules; allocate resources.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to CAD standards.
