AtkinsRéalis in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation design projects from concept through construction, mentor staff, and build client relationships in a fast-growing region. The role requires BS/MS in Civil Engineering, PE in NC, 10–15 years roadway experience, and proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and AutoTURN.

The position is hybrid in Raleigh with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of roadway design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in NC.
• NCDOT project experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate marketing, budgeting, scheduling, and resources.
• Oversee CAD design production and drawings.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with other offices.
