American Road Markings in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee pavement marking projects from initiation through completion. You will help ensure projects stay on budget, on schedule, and meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will work closely with field crews, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving, monitor progress and costs, conduct site visits, and prepare thorough project documentation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of construction project management experience; pavement marking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MUTCD standards and pavement marking materials/equipment.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of pavement marking projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Review and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to roadway markings.
• Manage communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Track and report project performance, including progress, costs, issues, and solutions.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and close-out reports.
