gpac LLC is seeking a Project Manager for a heavy highway contractor in Roanoke, VA. You will lead a major multi-year interstate widening project from start to finish, owning budgets, schedules and safety, with responsibility for collaboration with DOT and project partners.

The ideal candidate has proven heavy highway project management experience, plus knowledge of DOT specs and cost control. A Civil Engineering degree and PE are preferred, with long-term growth opportunities in a stable,

Competenze

• PM experience on heavy highway, bridge, DOT or roadway proj.
• Experience on large, multi-year projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT specs, documentation and cost control.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PE a plus.

Our client, an established heavy highway contractor, is hiring a Project Manager in the Roanoke, VA area. You will lead a major multi-year interstate widening project, offering long-term stability and the chance to own one large project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, cost reports, forecasting and change orders
• Manage project engineers, superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers

• Oversee submittals, RFIs, quantities and monthly pay estimates

Qualifications
