Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on roads and bridges including patching potholes and base repairs.
• Operate 5-yard dump truck and flatbed truck for hauling materials.
• Use small equipment such as rollers, brush chipper, broom sweepers, and pipe washers.
• Flag traffic to protect workers and the public during road repairs.
• Assist in emergency or inclement weather operations and on-call rotations.
• Inspect and report vehicle and equipment conditions prior to use.
