Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL (or obtain within first 90 days).
• Pass and submit to a drug test as a condition of employment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in inclement weather and on varied terrain.
• Ability to operate basic highway maintenance equipment and traffic control devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highways and rights-of-way, perform trash/debris removal and pothole filling.
• Assist with drainage, winter operations, and snow/ice removal.
• Support emergency traffic control during road closures and incidents.
• Complete inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
