Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) in Georgia is seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to perform roadway maintenance, clean culverts, mow vegetation, patch pavements, and assist in storm cleanup under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving, endurance for adverse weather, and the ability to lift moderately heavy objects while using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
• Able to work in adverse weather and lift moderately heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Clean and clear culverts.
• Mowing and clearing brush from roadsides.
• Patching broken or eroded pavements and shoulders.
• Assist in storm cleanup.
• Operate equipment used in Highway Maintenance.
• Use hand tools and power tools as required.
