Job summary

Qualifications

• 3.5 years of related work experience required.
• CDL Class A within 6 months of placement.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of highway maintenance workers.
• Direct maintenance on roads and rights-of-way; operate/coordinate equipment as needed.
• Communicate with property owners adjacent to the work sites.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment; assist new operators.
• Schedule and coordinate ditching operations and shoulder widening projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
