Job summary

Qualifications

• 3.5 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle license; Class A CDL within 6 months.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor, inclement weather work.
• May require extended hours or 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists work crews, schedules and plans ditching operations.
• Operates and supervises heavy, medium and light equipment.
• Develops schedules for staffing, equipment and materials; uses HMMS daily.
• Inspects work, enforces safety procedures and traffic controls.
• Provides snow/ice removal; on-call foreman rotation as needed.
• Conducts pre-trip and safety inspections; handles damage claims.
• Coaches and evaluates employees; supports performance actions.
