Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• PE license in VA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with VDOT Design-Did-Build/Design-Build/CMGC projects.
• Roadway design experience across diverse facilities and interchanges.
• Experience with design software: MicroStation, In-Roads, GEOPAK.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design and prepare contract documents for construction.
• Mentor and train junior staff; plan work, budgets, and schedules.
