Benesch is a growing engineering firm seeking a Civil Intern (Highway/Roadway) to join our Transportation Design team in Glastonbury, CT. You will contribute to highway projects, support roadway design, and perform traffic analysis under senior engineers.

This internship runs in the summer of 2026, offering hands-on experience with MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D, plus mentorship and exposure to project sites. A relevant Civil Engineering degree track is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with highway and roadway design, traffic analysis, and plan preparation.
• Gain hands-on experience in engineering design software, construction documentation, and collaborative project delivery.
