Qualifications

• Manage roadway construction projects ensuring compliance with plans and specs.
• Monitor projects for adherence to standards and resolve deficiencies with Contractor and RCE.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and environmental compliance and safety.
• Prepare closeout documents and serve as department representative with stakeholders.
