Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related emergencies for semi-truck fleets at customer sites in Connecticut. Training is provided and you will be paid hourly with a weekly pay cycle.

Responsibilities include tire mounting, dismounting, inflation to load-specific PSI, and occasional shop duties. On-call shifts are required with premium pay after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tire-related failures at customer locations as a roadside emergency tire technician.
• Mount, dismount and repair tires on commercial fleets; perform match mounting and PSI checks.
• Assist with shop duties and maintain a safe work environment per OSHA standards.
