Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking Roadside Technicians to handle emergency tire service for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires and may be roadside during duties. Training is provided for all required skills.

This role includes participation in an on‑call rotation with after‑hours premium pay and guaranteed minimums, plus the potential for weekly pay and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all other safety policies and procedures.
