Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking full-time Roadside Tow Truck Technicians to assist members in towing and recovery, lock-out, jump starts, and tire changes. The role requires dependable, empathetic individuals who work outdoors in varied weather and provide excellent customer service.

You will operate from a service vehicle, use GPS and hand tools, and complete required training. Competitive benefits include PTO, 401(k) with company match, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Ability to pass physical examination as required by DOT/Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide tow and recovery services per guidelines.
• Perform lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes.
• Communicate with members to keep them informed and safe.
• Enter call information into in-truck technology and complete reports.
