Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire failures for semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, with on-call shifts after hours, evenings, and weekends.

The role includes servicing Commercial Tires, mounting and repairing as needed, and staying compliant with safety standards. No prior experience is required initially; you will be trained.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including PPE and tire cages.
