Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to support emergency tire service for semi-truck fleets. Dispatches involve roadside responses to repair or change tires, with on-call rotations and premium pay for after-hours work when required.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. A valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization are required. You’ll contribute to a safety-conscious shop and growth through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Basic tire servicing skills; no prior experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial tires including mounting, dismounting, and repair.
• Perform match mounting and dual assemblies as needed.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and wear PPE.
