Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor for 1st shift to manage daily operations alongside the Fleet Manager and Supervisors, and work with drivers to ensure members are covered.

The role requires strong customer service, coaching, and leadership while coordinating with the Fleet Office and drivers to maintain service quality and safety. This full-time position offers an attractive salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with major course work in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in an automotive or dispatch environment or 5 years of experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service or sales role or the combination of automotive/mechanical and customer service/sales experience.
• 1+ years’ leadership or supervisory experience.
• Satisfactory completion of nationally recognized towing certification program such as IITR and related training/classes.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet Manager and Supervisors in day-to-day Fleet Office operations and support drivers to meet member coverage goals.
• Lead assigned Fleet drivers, dispatch and staff; help meet staffing, performance and sales targets.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to AAA members and RAP customers.
• Monitor RA Call Receiving and Dispatching systems to ensure targets are met.
• Provide coaching and training to drivers and staff; manage time records and schedules.
• Participate in interviewing, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with RA Dispatch and Training to align daily operations with division goals.
• Oversee safety compliance and maintenance to keep vehicles in safe operating condition.
