FleetNet America in North Carolina is seeking a New Call/Follow Up Dispatcher I & II to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with drivers and service providers, and ensure timely actions on repairs and customer requests.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in a dispatcher role, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Certificate, required.
• Experience: Minimum one year in previous role of New Call/Follow up Dispatcher II
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; multitasking and data entry.

Responsibilities

• All responsibilities of New Call/Follow Up Dispatcher I & II.
• Handle day-to-day operational needs of major events.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure timely responses for repairs and customer instructions.
