PART TIME: Sunday, Monday, Saturday 12:00PM-11:30PM (33 Hours)

The Roadside Service Tech Flatbed provides safe, top-quality roadside solutions for AAA members, ensuring positive experiences in a tow or flatbed vehicle. Responsibilities include responding to member requests within ETA, ensuring safety and vehicle security, educating members on issues, providing jump starts, tire replacements, minor mechanical assistance (if trained), and towing disabled vehicles. Promoting AAA products and ensuring complete resolution of member issues are also key.
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.75/hour base pay, plus full benefits & incentive pay. Additional differential pay includes $2.75/hour overnight (10pm-6am), $1.75/hour evening (6pm-10pm), and $1/hour weekend hours. Differentials can be combined.
What You Will Do
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: At least 21 years old, post-secondary automotive training, electrical troubleshooting familiarity.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license, DOT card, and motor vehicle record clearance required.
