The Roadside Service Tech Flatbed provides safe, top-quality roadside solutions for AAA members, ensuring positive experiences whether in a tow vehicle or flatbed. Responsibilities include responding to member requests within an ETA, ensuring safety, vehicle security, educating members, providing minor mechanical assistance, and towing as needed. Achieving high standards for service and member satisfaction is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.75/hour, plus full benefits and incentive pay. Differential pay applies for overnight, evening, and weekend hours. Shift: Wed-Sat, 10am-8:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls and locate members.
• Manage member interactions, including emotional support and safety assessment.
• Provide mechanical assistance and towing services following safety protocols.
• Maintain service vehicle and equipment, adhere to traffic laws, and uphold AAA standards.
• Promote AAA products and services, educate members, and assist with their needs.
• Work independently, adapt to various shifts, and ensure safety in vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old, with post-secondary automotive training and electrical troubleshooting familiarity.
• Active and valid driver’s license, DOT card, and clean motor vehicle record required.
