Responsibilities

• Respond to member calls and dispatch ETA to destination.
• Locate and greet members, assess and ensure scene safety, and provide emotional support if needed.
• Provide minor mechanical assistance and towing services, following safety procedures and club policies.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment safety, inventory, and professional appearance; operate MDC computer system.
• Promote AAA products and services, educate members, and assist with their needs.
• Work independently, adapt to various shifts, and ensure safety during vehicle securing and towing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years old; post-secondary training in automotive mechanics and electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction; DOT card required.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record check during pre-hire and periodically during employment.

Compensation & Shift

Base pay: $22.00 - $24.75/hour, plus full benefits and incentives. Differential pay for overnight, evening, and weekend hours. Shifts: Sun-Tues, Fri 7:00am-5:30pm.
