The Roadside Service Tech Flatbed provides safe, top-quality roadside solutions for AAA members, ensuring positive experiences. Responsibilities include responding to service requests within ETA, ensuring safety and vehicle security, educating members, providing jump starts, tire replacements, minor mechanical assistance (if trained), towing vehicles, and promoting AAA services. Achieving performance standards for service and satisfaction is essential.

Compensation

$22.00 - $24.75/hour base pay, full benefits, incentive pay, plus differentials for overnight, evening, and weekend shifts. Specific shift: Mon, Thurs-Sat 3:30pm-2:00am.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls and ETA requests.
• Locate and greet members, assess safety, and handle emotional states.
• Provide mechanical assistance and towing as needed following safety procedures.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment, follow traffic laws, and ensure safety.
• Promote AAA products and services.
• Work independently, adapt to various shifts, and prioritize safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years old, with post-secondary automotive training and electrical troubleshooting familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license, DOT card, and clean motor vehicle record.
