Job summary

MDX Global is seeking a Roadshow Setup Crew Member to support our promotional events by handling the physical setup and teardown of displays and equipment during ten-day roadshows. This part-time on-call role is ideal for a hands-on individual with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.

You will load and unload, assemble booths, manage inventory, and ensure displays look professional at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading equipment into/out of event venues.
• Set up booths, tables, signage, and displays per instructions.
• Teardown displays, pack materials, and prepare items for transport.
• Take and submit inventory counts; restock as needed.
• Inspect displays for damage and perform repairs or resets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the setup area.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and MDX employees.

A Roadshow Setup Crew Member supports MDX Global's promotional events by handling thephysical setup and teardown of displays and equipment for our 10-day roadshows. This role ispart-time, on-call position and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strongattention to detail, and can adapt to changing schedules.

Primary Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading: Move equipment, products, and display materials into and outof event venues.
• Setup: Assemble and arrange booths, display tables, signage, and promotional displaysaccording to specific company instructions.
• Teardown: Safely and efficiently dismantle displays at the end of each roadshow, packmaterials, move display pallets, and prepare items for transport.
• Inventory: Take & submit accurate inventory counts; restock as needed
• Maintenance: Inspect displays for any damage and repair, replace, or reset displayboxes as needed to maintain professional appearance
• On-site support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the setup area, and assistwith any last‑minute adjustments during setup or teardown.
• Communication: Maintain professional communication with vendors and MDXemployees, to ensure strong ongoing working relationships with all involved. Thisincludes any and all communication during set-up/tear-down process, etc.

Pay Range

• This position is compensated on a piece-rate basis
