• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote upcoming promotions.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up opportunities.
• Welcome and greet guests and uphold company standards.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly; contribute to team goals.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
