Job summary

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to help guests and owners create memorable vacation experiences. You will respond to owner questions, present property amenities, and promote available experiences while supporting a high-touch sales process.

In this role you will follow up on referrals, manage inquiries about pricing and layouts, and maintain records for effective follow-up.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up opportunities.
• Greet guests and interact with colleagues professionally and promptly.
