Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners and guests with property information and experiences that create memorable vacation memories. You will respond to questions, provide recommendations, and follow up on referrals to build business opportunities.

The role requires a valid Real Estate License where mandated, and offers weekend/holiday scheduling with strong earning potential and a benefits package including health, 401(k), and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will engage Owners and guests to understand needs and offer suitable options.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills to convert referrals and inquiries.
• Must be able to access property locations, maps, pricing, and portfolio information.
• Ability to maintain records of customer contacts for effective outreach.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and adhere to company policies.
• Active Real Estate License required where mandated by state law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions about properties and amenities and make recommendations.
