Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a contract sales administrator to manage the contract sales pipeline through email, phone, and Teams to ensure QA-compliant closings. This role collaborates with sales leadership and executives to ensure accurate contracts and smooth communication.

The position requires a current California real estate license and strong attention to detail, with proficiency in Siebel, Docusign, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Current, valid California Real Estate License preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume & demanding environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to constant change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Siebel.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract sales pipeline through email, phone, and virtual Teams meetings.
• Ensures contract accuracy and alignment with customers and QA processes.
• Updates Siebel CRM to document customer conversations and future follow-ups.
• Reviews purchase documents for accuracy before release to customer via Docusign or Fed Ex.
• Coordinates with customers and internal/external partners to close contracts.
