Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Manager, Sales Administration – Sales Events to lead on-site contracting, document integrity, and regulatory compliance for MVW Road Shows, owner events, and other off-premise events. This role operates away from the controlled gallery environment and requires weekend travel, with responsibility for PII/PCI security and real-time contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with business management emphasis, or a 2-year degree with business emphasis and 5+ years of related experience in contract/admin within real estate or vacation ownership.
• Experience supporting off-site/mobile sales activity such as road shows, owner events, cruises, or remote contracting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state real estate rules, contract law, escrow, truth-in-lending, and privacy/PCI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verifies latest approved documents for each event including PSW, contracts, addenda, and privacy notices.
• Protects PII/PCI data and ensures secure handling, transport, and return of documents on-site.
• Produces and reviews contracts live on-site, ensures accurate pricing, terms, and signatures; uses system-down procedures if needed.
