Job summary

Chrysalis Enterprises in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Crew Supervisor to lead maintenance crews for Caltrans-related contracts. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality, and mentor transitional employees on the CE program.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class C driver's license and meet Chrysalis Enterprises insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass written and field driver screening and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven work history.
• Willingness to mentor the CE worker population and support the CE transitional jobs program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for long periods.
• Demonstrated quality assurance, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train and coach maintenance crews; oversee daily work to ensure safety, professionalism and timely completion.
• Mentor CE transitional employees, document performance and support transition programs.
• Maintain customer service standards; communicate with customers, stakeholders and management.
• Manage clock-in/clock-out procedures and ensure compliance with labor policies.
• Oversee vehicle, equipment, and PPE readiness; conduct safety briefings and inspections.
• Attend meetings, report issues to CE Management and assist with policy adherence.
