Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews to follow project plans, specs and safety protocols.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks and inspections.
• Perform quality inspections and address deficiencies in workmanship, materials, or equipment.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials, tools and equipment for activities.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and crews to plan and schedule work and meet milestones.
• Maintain accurate daily records of work progress, manpower and safety incidents and submit progress reports.
