Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews to ensure plans, specifications, and safety protocols are followed.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks and inspections.
• Perform quality inspections and address any deficiencies or non-conformities.
• Coordinate delivery and availability of materials, tools, and equipment; monitor usage and maintenance.
• Serve as the main communication link between project managers, subcontractors, and crews; track progress and report updates.
• Maintain daily activity records, manpower, equipment usage, and safety incidents.
