Job summary

MTM Transit seeks a Road Supervisor in Redding, CA to oversee fleet operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain vehicle standards. You will monitor driver performance, support on‑the‑road operations, and develop route and schedule insights to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Must possess valid CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement; DOT safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance and safety practices of drivers daily.
• Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data collection at accident scenes and assist with investigations.
• Assist drivers and customers with information and issue resolution.
• Generate reports to evaluate route and schedule effectiveness.
