Job summary

MTM Transit in Tracy, CA is hiring a Road Supervisor to ensure fleet operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining safety and on-time performance.

You will lead drivers, oversee maintenance, assist with accident investigations, and produce route reports. Starting pay is $30.00 - $32.00/hr with benefits and growth opportunities in an equal opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• No more than 6 points on driving record in last 4 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on time performance measures of drivers and monitor safety practices.
• Provide oversight of the fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data collection at accident scenes and assist with investigations.
• Manage route coverage to ensure daily operations meet customer needs.
• Generate utilization reports to optimize routes and schedules.
