Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Safety team in New York/Seattle/San Francisco regions. You will drive safety-focused product initiatives, collaborating with engineers, designers, and operations to build tools, contextual experiences, and policies intended to engender trust and safety across the Uber community.

You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, translating user needs into scalable products while prioritizing impact and user safety at scale.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping large-scale projects with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to develop products leveraging complex algorithms or data-driven optimization.
• Ability to convert unstructured problems into clear, multi-team plans.
• Strong technical depth to coordinate large engineering efforts.

• Build models, tools, backend solutions and user-facing products that enhance safety for all users.
• Internalize Uber’s mission and how Safety team's objectives fit the company strategy.
• Collect data and feedback to inform product direction and priorities.
