Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Road Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment across remote locations. You will work with a team in a safety-focused environment and develop career growth in service or operations management.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and trade training. The role requires flexibility, valid CDL may be required in some locations, and a strong toolbox of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade training desired.
• 3-5 years of diesel/heavy equipment mechanic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems; adaptable to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on road equipment.
• Make repairs to equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Work on a variety of makes and models in remote locations.
• Follow safety policies and maintain tools.
