Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist work crews; plan and schedule ditching, shoulder clipping, pipe cleaning operations.
• Inspect work in progress and ensure timely, safe completion per guidelines.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports; enter data into HMMS.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials; communicate purposes to crew leaders.
• On-call foreman duties; snow/ice removal during inclement weather; conduct safety inspections.
